Aroma therapy bath or heat-pack:

A sage tea is prepared and the students either soak their feet, ankles, and lower legs in a bath, or heat-packs are prepared with the sage tea and applied to areas of the legs or arms that are tonic and need to be loosened and relaxed.  It has been found that the muscles react to the sage by loosening up and relaxing.  This usually occurs at the beginning of the program and lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes.  The sage is then followed by passive stretching.
